• For the protection of our guests, advance reservations for King Fisher Inn are required.

• A 50% deposit of the fees for reserved rooms is required when reservations are placed.   If total is less than $100 the full amount is billed when the reservation is placed.

• We do not accept personal checks. We do accept cashiers checks, as well as VISA, and Master Card.  If paying with a cashiers check, your reservation is confirmed when the check is received.

• Your deposit will be returned if cancellation is two weeks before the reservation date. If not two weeks before, and we are able to fill the vacancy, we will return your deposit, minus a $25 handling fee. A $25 handling fee is charged on all cancelled reservations, due to bank fees on card charge-backs.

• If reservations are not cancelled, the balance owed is charged to your credit card two weeks before the reservation date, unless other arrangements for payment have been made.  If canceling after the two week deadline, you forfeit your deposit and balance.

• We use room deodorizers at times, and the standard cleaning chemicals. We often  have fresh flowers in the Inn.  If you have allergies to these you must let us know before arrival so that they can be removed and the Inn aired.  We cannot return room fees if you decide on arrival that you cannot stay because of an allergy or health conditions which you have not made us aware of at the time the reservations are made.  We try in every way to make your stay healthy and enjoyable, but we need to know potential problems in advance.

• No pets are allowed at the Inn, neither do we allow pets to be left in vehicles on the Inn premises.

• No children under twelve are allowed at the Inn.    Although we accept children over 12, our facility is adult oriented, and the need for quiet may seem overly restrictive to energetic teens.  Parents are required to supervise their children.

• The Inn is a non-smoking establishment.  Washington State smoking laws do not allow smoking within 25 feet of any windows or doors.
