• Check in is 4:00 p.m.; Check out is 11:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 on Sunday.

• We are a non-smoking facility.    We do use room deodorizers.  If you have allergies to deodorizers, or to fresh flowers,  please let us know and we will make sure they are removed and the Inn is aired before you arrive.  We also use the normal cleaning chemicals, such as bleach.  If you are allergic to these, we may not be the correct place for you.

• County health codes do not allow guests to use the Inn kitchen.  The room refrigerators and microwaves must be used to store and prepare personal food.

• We cannot accommodate children under 12.   We are an adult oriented facility.  Exuberant teenagers may find our requirements for relative quiet boring or restrictive.  If you are planning on bringing teenagers, please keep this in mind.

• We cannot accommodate pets.  Pets cannot be left in vehicles on Inn premises.

• We ask that ice chests not be left in the rooms, except to unload.  If needed we can supply storage for ice chests.

• Rates are per night, single or double occupancy, plus sales and lodging tax. 
  Two night minimum stay on weekends.  Three night minimum stay on US holidays.

• We offer a 20% discount on rooms, when booked for two nights in conjunction with a fishing charter or a marine tour.  

• There is a 10% off season discount from Mid-September through the end of April.
