Have trouble climbing stairs?  You will have eight steps leading to the lower deck, but once inside we have a chair lift which takes you and your belongings effortlessly between the first and second floors.

Amenities - Quilting:  Our studio and long arm building are equipped with ergonomic chairs at each of the 14 sewing or scrap booking stations.  June Tailor sew station mats or rotary cutting mats are also included at every station.  The studio and the long arm building each have a design wall.  In the studio it is 8'x8'; in the long arm building it is 8'x15'. We provide ironing stations, Ott lights, rotary cutters, rulers and sewing machines.   All you need to bring is your project.  See the Studio and Long Arm Building pages for further information.  They can be accessed by clicking on the King Fisher Inn and Retreat Center tab, and selecting the appropriate name from the list to the right of the Inn's picture.

 Amenities - Scrap Booking and Card Making:  Our studio is equipped with a 44" x 92" cropping station.  Rotary cutting mats are also included at each of the ten workstations.  The studio has a 8' x 8' design wall that is used to display sample cards and scrapbook pages. We provide embossing stations, ink pads, tools, hundreds of stamps, Ott lights, rotary cutters,  and rulers.  We make available many colors of cardstock, envelopes and scrapbooking papers for a reasonable cost.  There are several binders full of examples that show techniques. All you need to bring is your photos.  

General Amenities:  There is a library with hundreds of quilting  and scrapbooking books and magazines.  Comfy chairs in the common room are perfect for reading or hand sewing.  The rooms and suites have bathrooms, refrigerators, microwaves, WiFi, satellite TV and ability to play videos and DVDs (the Inn has over 600 movies in its library and over 300 music CDs).   CD players are in all the rooms, in the studio and in the long arm building.  Bedding, bathrobes, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryers are provided with our rooms.  

We now have a APQS Millennium Long Arm quilting machine  and a Tajima 15 needle commercial embroidery machine that can each be rented for $10 per hour.  You will need to reserve time on the machine when making reservations. 

Full Retreats:  There are two single daybeds in each of the downstairs suites.   This allows us to sleep 10 people without having to share beds, twelve if the king sized beds in the upstairs rooms are shared, and 14 if people are willing to share the queen sized beds in the suite bedrooms.   Our retreat price is $700 per day, plus tax for up to 10 people ($450 per day without meals).  We will charge an additional $45 per day, plus tax, per person over 10.  If a hostess books between 11 and 14 people, the balance for the extra people will be collected at check in.   This will allow flexibility in refunds for cancellations, as long as a minimum of 10 participants is maintained.

Girlfriend Getaways:  If you have less than 10 people attending, you might consider using our Girlfriend Getaway option.   The price is $55 per person per night, double occupancy.  Breakfast comes with this option, but no other meals.    If there are at least eight in your group you can choose to have lunch instead of breakfast.    We will not serve an additional meal unless there are at least eight people at the inn and all wish to have the extra meal.   Extra meals are $10 per person for lunch and $13 per person for dinner.   All other amenities included in the price of a full retreat are also included in a Girlfriend Getaway.

There is a restaurant and a deli in Neah Bay where you can purchase meals, or you can bring potluck and use your room refrigerators and microwaves to prepare your lunch or dinner.

Our retreats are for adults only, unless special arrangements are made to include children over 12 years of age.
